By accessing or using ChatBotPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ChatBotPro provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that allows users to create, train, and embed conversational AI chatbots on their websites. The Service includes a web-based dashboard, API access, and embeddable widget components.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Providing accurate registration information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Train chatbots on illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or malware
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Create chatbots that impersonate individuals or entities without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by ChatBotPro and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your IP: You retain ownership of the content you upload to train your chatbots. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Visitor Data: Chat conversations between your visitors and your chatbot belong to you. We do not claim ownership over any visitor data.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

7. Service Level and Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or suspend the Service for security reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatBotPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required to be retained by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
